Challenge: Ensure market traction for a local craft butcher focusing on organic and sustainable meats, in a market of saturated “organic” offerings and full service stores such as Whole Foods.

Plan: Cast Whole Foods as the “can’t-trust” Establishment. Go OLD SCHOOL: From font/interior design, to ‘text-only’ email updates with down-home feel. Plus some Instagram for the foodie hipsters! Save the planet with sustainable farming and meats.
